At MirraCase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following:
Return Period – 14 Days You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at Mirracase@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Send the product back in its original packaging.
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount within 5–10 business days.
Return Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products Please contact us immediately if you have received a damaged or defective product. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
